RFP 2026-007

Jefferson County Drainage District No. 7 plans to apply for the Mitigation Reallocation Program (MRP) funding from the Texas General Land Office (GLO). Accordingly, the District is soliciting proposals from qualified Administrative Service Providers to provide pre-award and post-award management services for application preparation and project implementation for a MRP contract(s), if awarded.

Please submit 3 paper copies and an electronic copy in PDF format of your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the following address:

Proposals must be received by the District no later than September 15th, 2026 at 2:00 PM to be considered. The District reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals and may award one or more contracts to one or more services providers(s). Please contact the District at the email address shown above and the RFP packet will be emailed up on request.

Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
