Notice is hereby given that the Port Arthur Economic Development Corporation (PAEDC), a Texas nonprofit 4A economic development corporation, proposes to expend 4B funds for the project described below to support recreational or community facilities in Port Arthur, Texas. The PAEDC will hold a public hearing on this project on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at 501 Procter St., Port Arthur, TX 77640.
Museum of the Gulf Coast Expansion — For the development of a Discovery Center for Polymers and Composites and Event Center.
