REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

PUBLIC NOTICE
Sealed qualifications for a contract to provide Jefferson County with Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Benefits will be received by Holmes Murphy until 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Any responses received after this date and time will remain unopened.
Submitted qualifications must be addressed as specified in the Request for Qualification packet. This packet may be obtained by contacting Kelly Orvis at Holmes Murphy korvis@holmesmurphy.com or Nikki Morgan at Holmes Murphy NMorgan@holmesmurphy.com.
Sealed responses will be opened and acknowledged at the above closing time and date.
Jefferson County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities as deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
