REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) SERVICES

Port Neches-Groves Independent School District (PNGISD) is accepting sealed proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services.
Proposal documents, including specifications, requirements, and general conditions, may be obtained from the Bond 2025 tab on the District’s website:
www.pngisd.org
Sealed proposals must be received no later than:
April 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM (CST)
Proposals shall be submitted to:

Late proposals will not be accepted. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the procurement process.
